Language Requirements
Before graduation, all students in the Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences must demonstrate proficiency in a modern or classical language. Proficiency is defined as competence in the work covered through the final quarter of a college-level second-year language course (or equivalent determined by each department). For information on the language proficiency requirements in other schools, please refer to each school’s website.
